our competitive difference:
A marketing communications agency with value and values: All the talent and creativity of the big guys – at about half the price, with a sincere commitment to service. three reasons why: 1. This is a virtual marketing communications agency. 2. There is a 10-year experience minimum for our team members. 3. Team members are carefully chosen for both talent and values. the virtual agency: With the state of technology today, we don't believe we need to have a bricks and mortar building to do what we do. We don’t believe in excess layers of management either. Our low overhead means our clients pay much less – typically half – of what they'd pay for the same level of talent at a large agency. We use technology to facilitate the creative development process, even having clients review web designs online prior to posting them to a live website. Of course, we are happy to meet with you face-to-face as well – either at your location or in the conference room at our Shakopee, Minnesota headquarters. the experienced team: No junior-level people here. Everyone has a minimum (not an average) of ten years' experience in developing marketing communications. Most have much more. And they've all worked at larger companies. Team leader Sharon Meyer has been in the business since 1986. Sharon's experience includes working on the client side in a marketing department as well as working at advertising agencies. She’s worked at both smaller agencies with 35-50 people on staff, as well as at a large international agency. The branch office alone had a staff of more than 450 people. We’ve learned a great deal about the processes the big guys use, and we are applying it to our own agency – without the bureaucracy. it’s more than talent: The agency was founded on the following principles.
Ï focus on quality of product and service Ï never viewing the client’s project as a canvas for our own artistry Ï focus on results for the client Ï respect for and early involvement of all team members Ï honesty, integrity and trust
The lower-case letters used in our business name reflect a certain humility that comes from being willing to put the client first. Always. People who don't support these principles – and follow through on them – aren't on our team.
