the opportunity: Custom residential builder Steven Marlin Grant Homes expressed the need to update its corporate identity. The existing logo incorporated an image of a home, but the home's look and size didn't represent the type of upscale homes the company builds. The tagline referred to the number of years of experience the company founder has in the business but didn't position the company in the mind of the prospect. the objectives: • create a look for the company that better reflects the high quality of its products • define the company's positioning and develop a tagline to communicate it the work: • tagline development • design: logo, business cards, letterhead, envelopes the results: The elegant new logo design and the new tagline, "Because the details matter" now reflect the level of quality Steven Marlin Grant Homes delivers to its customers.
